This Is Not a Ticket for Travel I created this screen print based on a receipt I got on the way to my friend’s house for Thanksgiving in upstate New York. The receipt had a phrase printed on it and looked so similar to the ticket I also received that I got confused for a moment. I recreated that experience through this design, making the print closely resemble the ticket as a playful critique of confusing, inconvenient design while also as a way to capture a small, personal memory from that trip.
